Day 10 and it's going great! Not to say it's not a challenge but I am really enjoying not being so focused on my next smoke. My husband knows I smoked but I never did it in front of him so I was always 'sneaking' off, I always hated for anyone to see me smoking...the patches have certainly been a lifesaver for this process.

Stowaway maintain the good job ..and you already like this new life ..just imagine how amazing you are going to feel very soon and for the rest of your life .its my second year and I love it keep it up it’s going to get much easier .
