Wow I have made it to two weeks !!! Although I am vaping huge amounts with the daily patch on that I now remove at night as I was having some very weird dreams. Still finding it difficult to sleep but still have the determination to keep on track, fleeting moments of wanting to smoke despite the nicotine from patches and vaping, spending more time alone so I don't get grumpy with my family. Such a complicated addiction.

It is a complicated addicted you're right there. Stay strong, it's only a drug and your body wants it and don't give It, it ! Just say no !.

Huge well done Shadow6464 on 2 weeks smoke free, that is great! Be careful not to overdose on the nicotine with the patches and vaping. Sleep disruption is a normal withdrawal and will be more severe when completely nicotine free but only short term.

Wishing you continued strength :)

lol spending more time alone, sorry that's funny. Hey whatever works!! I'm spending more time alone because I love the simplicity and joy I feel in my own company and in the company of my feline friend, Little Cat.

Good for you for doing whatever it takes to stay clean from nasty smokes.

Two weeks it’s awesome . You will gradually start forgetting about smoking . Stay strong . It gets much much easier 👍

Three weeks today and managed to survive some pretty stressful experiences including being burgled when I got very close to opening the sealed packet of cigarettes I have, drank wine instead and vaped !!! Being three weeks in is definitely keeping me motivated, focused on it getting easier as it is still there the feeling of really wanting to to smoke a cigarette.
