Just a quick catch up on the no smoking. It’s 27 days today and I’m doing okay. Something I have had which is getting better was a sore mouth after giving up .... sore gums, ulcers, sensitive teeth. I read that this is really normal and the blood flow coming back etc. It has got heaps better with sensitive toothpaste, dental visit etc. My dentist said it’s really common. It’s a bit horrible though so good to know it’s normal.
Honestly cravings... I haven’t really had any (I am vaping) except for the last week when I had some PMS symptoms (the ladies might understand) and that would usually be where I would smoke a lot. I did think about it for sure but I didn’t do it because of all the good benefits I’ve got from giving up smoking so far.
This is different for me because I would usually just give in at difficult emotional times for sure. I just really want to succeed this time so I didn’t. So I’m a little bit proud of myself for that.
I hope everyone is doing well however they are managing their quit x
