Quit Day

Since I started Chantix I went from 10-12 cigarettes a day to 2 cigarettes a day just from the Chantix white pills. I start taking the blue pills tomorrow, January 29th which is my quit day and my 8th day on Chantix. I'm a little nervous because I won't have that cig to fall back on or to relieve stress. It will be me, all me and will power to fall back on now.

Good for you iquit19 - wishing you strength and success for tomorrow 💪

Keep up that mindset that chantix is not the magic pill and a lot of hard work is needed by yourself, it will stand to you. 🚭

Yes indeed, so far i'm doing good. I had a thought about them, took a few deep breaths and chanted I am a non-smoker. I'm sure there will be some challenging days but for once, I am taking care of me! I thank you and appreciate your support. 🥰
