Hello all. Went to smoking cessation clinic today and got patches and quick mist. Going to start first thing tomorrow as birthday present to my husband. I also need to do this for me as operation in 3 weeks. Got patches to put on first thing tomorrow and really determined but need some help please.

Welcome debbedy37 - congratulations on making the best decision of your life to stop. Wishing you all the best for tomorrow, the patches should be a great help but I would strongly recommend not starting on the quick mist as it is highly addictive, perhaps even worse than the cigarettes unfortunately
