Hello and welcome.
I'm afraid I don't know much about Quick Mist sprays however, this issue does seem to be a common one. You are not alone in this at all.
I think perhaps you need to approach this is in much the same way as quitting smoking. The only way to stop wanting it is to stop using it. It may not be as difficult as you imagine. Cigarettes contain many other substances designed to keep you addicted as well as nicotine. At least when stopping Quick Mist, you will only have the nicotine to deal with.
If you cannot face stopping without assistance, perhaps try patches or another form of NRT to wean you off although this may prolong the withdrawal. Nicotine takes 3 days to leave the body if you go cold turkey. As you are using Mist, you may find that after 3 days things are not too bad.
