Day 66 feeling a lot better. I had horrible sinus problems stomach/reflux and super anxiety. Dr visit back on Zoloft, and prilosec for stomach. Looking forward to better days. Wishing ever one luck during the struggle.

Welcome Mphunte - congratulations on 66 days smoke free, that is great, well done!
To help with the anxiety, avoid caffeine and alcohol, drink plenty of water. Some herbal and vitamin supplements from your local health food shop will also help.
