No Smoking Day

I got a call today that my very special relative Bill passed away, I’m totally devastated and have had 2 drinks and are now thinking about fags. It’s a self destructive thing I think - feeling so sad.

I adored him, such a special human being.

the thing is he gave up 7 yrs ago and was on me about stopping. I know he’d hate me to have one cause of his passing.

Need support....

RIP Bill. It’s the initial shock coupled with some drinks of course the craving for a puff is there. Be strong ‘ cause it will pass. You’ve come so far there’s no going back don’t forget to breathe. 👍🌺💕

Sorry to hear of the passing of your dear Bill, may he rest in peace ❣

You done the right thing coming on here Nowandforever , you have to be very strong now as you deal with your first major curve ball. If it means stopping drinking, please do to avoid jeopardizing your smoke free journey. You will feel so much worse with your grief if you smoke.

Wishing you continued strength and keep in touch with us when you can 😚

How are you now Nowandforever ?

Hi roisin

I’m not good

I totally stuffed up tonight.

And now must start afresh in the morning,

I feel sad that I failed tonight. I know I have made life hard for myself in the weeks to come.

I just had nothing in me to fight back tonight, just to devastated. He would be disappointed in me to.

Just gotta start anew tomorrow.

Sorry all xxx
