So I fell off the band wagon so upset with myself😭😭 I know quitting smoking is a process but hating this addiction so much😔 But back on to it on 2 days time. Hopefully this time I can make it longer than 2 weeks. I'm so disappointed in myself 😭😢😤

Hi peachy12 I can imagine how you feel with yourself breaking a habit requires extra efforts specially the first weeks but after that you will experience one of the most amazing feeling of accomplishment you will ever experience .and that’s what you need to focus on .turn each moment of urge and anxiety into distracting your thoughts ..Think Of at least 5 things to do when you feel tense .
Very important always remember the reason why you should stay quit . .
Distract distract and distract your mind .
Stay focus and very strong ..I can tell you it’s going to get very easy .visualize it 👍
