First of all scarlet great news you have gave up smoking 👍second of all as your mind starts to play the I need a cigarette mode just fight it and take your mind away and concentrate on why you want to quit and the benefits of quitting and try to motivate your bod so you mind is not in the thinking I need a smoke, you will do this and believe me I so enjoyed a smoke with a coffee and now I so enjoy the benefits of NOT HAVING TO SMOKE 💪

I did a 10 mile charity walk last night, I think I would have struggled if I’d still been smoking even though it’s only been 42 days.

Congrats on 2 years, I’m hoping I’ll be saying that too 😃😃

Oh I’m proud of myself Telboy61, for both completing 10 miles at 48 and stopping something I thought I enjoyed.

Not sure where you are but it’s Monday morning here urgh.! And my feet are still aching since Saturday nights walk 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 today it’s a bonus I have a desk job lol

O wow yes not far yes you poor people having to suck that smoke in I did see it from when I was coming back from Leeds to Manchester on Saturday pretty bad I hear some one had started that on purpose? Have a smoke free day anyway 👍x
