Yeh... I’ve made the 2 week milestone with no Nico

Amazed... I know my bodies free of nicotine, but the urge at times is great. It makes me realise that this is such a mind addiction. So I’m focusing on ways to be clever and defeat Nico in my mind !!

When I get a bad craving (there’s been a couple of doozies this week) I think about taking that puff, the taste, the smell, where I sit, the fact that it won’t stop there.... that first taste after not smoking for a while... I concentrate on that... cause it’s so horrible a taste.

It’s helping me.

Still it feels like months not 2 weeks.

No pain no gain ... lol

Great positive post Nowandforever - keep up that mindset, I promise, once you have your first month over you time passes by much quicker and cravings become less severe and frequent, you are doing so well :)

After the first few days it really is all psychological. Do whatever you need to stay on the path. Cheers,
