3 months, 23 days....and counting! It is a roller coaster at times and reading the posts here has kept me from feeling like I am on my own with it. Just remember ‘not another puff, no matter what!’

Welcome Vicky68 - congratulations on 2 weeks smoke free, well done!

Are you going cold turkey or using some form of NRT? I stopped cold turkey 3 years ago in September and never looked back - its a rollercoaster of a journey and one of the hardest and best achievements of my life so far....

It is never too late to stop and something you will never regret. We look forward to reading your progress :)

I feel like just this past week it has become easier. For the first time this past week i feel like this can be a forever quit. I have been using nrt mini lozenges. I am down to about 4mg a day. Some days no mg. It is not necessarily the cravings but the emotions. So many feels and i don't have a cigarette to run too to feel better. Getting over that hump is worth it though! I still have work to do. We can do this!
