Hello 3rd Trimester!

Everyone! Hello! You know I can't even tell you how long it has been since I quit smoking? I think it is coming up on six months now... Anyway it would NOT have happened without you all. Monday marked the beginning of my 3rd trimester and I am sooooo ready to have this baby. C-Section is scheduled for June 27th!

I am working for this amazing grain company doing accounting work and it has changed my life. I still get the urge to smoke probably an average of 5 times a day but have not touched one since 8 am on October 30th. My husband has smoked and I work with smokers but have stayed strong.

When I started, the company decided to start a monthly newsletter. There are only 52 employees at 6 different locations so we are small. For our May newsletter, I volunteered to do an article on the WHO World No Tobacco Day on May 31st!. I have been searching around for articles and am trying to decide how I want present this. I normally wouldn't put personal ideas into an article but with this one I think I am. This group (counseling) is going to be my main focal point. There is no way I could have done it without you and I am going to encourage everyone to find a group that suits their needs and they feel comfortable with.

If anyone has any other helpful ideas or actual images I might be able to use, please let me know!

Thank you again for all you have done and I will be in touch soon!

Ashley

Hey Ashley, great to hear from you - congratulations on 3rd trimester and almost 6 months - on the 29 April.

Good for you doing the newsletter especially sharing your journey that could motivate others - came across this article the other day worth a read and maybe something you could include, can research it further yourself
