Good to read an update from you and huge well done on 4 weeks 📅📆

The tiredness is perfectly normal withdrawal but should improve soon, lots of water, fresh fruit and veg and a bit of a walk in the fresh air to clear the head will help with this 🍈🍉🍊🍌🥕🌽🌳

villian but quitting gym hasn't helped...could Nicotine withdrawal be the cause ?

Wow indeed Kinger, outstanding. I had fatigue also and I think it is fairly common. Nicotine artificially kept our physiology artificially stimulated.

Hey hey, I too feel tired. Instead of lighting up, I lay down, do you? I'm on the patches so vivid dreams approach my naps.

Hi am vaping , tiredness is getting better I think it’s just your body saying I’m missing something like coffee , biscuits etc ,not going to make me light up though 😁
