17 days and these cravings are getting stronger and stronger!! They're worse now than the first 2 weeks!!

Hey thorpey11 - as said previously, you are in the thick of the mental battle and Mr Nico will be playing havoc with you to get you back - but as each day passes you should be stronger to deal with them (you are going cold turkey and nicotine free?). Keep that sword up to attack - I promise it will get easier, continue to post anytime :)

just double checking :) The cravings should be more manageable now as the nicotine is out of your system from end of day 3, whereas if on patches, ecig etc... the levels of nicotine could vary depending on how you were feeling which would really mess with your mind and the cravings - you are also approaching 'the icky threes' with your 3 week mark.
