Just an update that i'm still doing well, still on champix. no bad cravings at all. Its just the thought that comes and goes, that i need a smoke but it goes away. I think of smokes a lot but my will power is just too strong, i can still remember how i suffered with the withdrawal symptoms, i would be a fool if i have another ciggie in my life. meaning i'd have to go through those horrible withdrawal symptoms. My husband who is a non smoker is so proud of me. My bosses are so proud of me. I eat a lot i must say. But i'll deal with that later. For now i'm just making sure i stay on the boat.
Thanks to this group, and to my Champix group on Facebook for all the support. I wouldnt have made it with out your positive energy. To the new quiters, stay strong, 1 day at a time, it gets better by the day. You get stronger.
