Just wanted to give you an update. I gave up smoking on 19/7/16 and am still off the fags.
I have saved quite a sum by now so treated myself to a very nice Radley handbag. I have lost 1.5 stones in weight and have today finished week 6 of the couch to 5k program which meant me running for 25 minutes without stopping. I am so proud of myself.
There is no way on this earth that I could have done all this whilst still smoking. It's the hardest thing I've done for years but boy am I glad I did, it's life changing stuff and I am sure it means a healthier, longer life.
If you are battling, keep going one smoke at a time, one day at a time and you will win.
Warmest regards x
