Hi never posted before but I am feeling finally proud of myself.
I've hit day 59 of my stop smoking quest.
I have been a smoker for 39 of the 50 years I have been on this earth.
Wasted ££££ and life so time to fight back.
When your sitting in a bar having just been outside for a cigarette and an auntie pulls out a breathing tube and oxygen and says " all down to smoking"
Then it's time to take a long hard look at yourself.
That was 60 days ago.

Only logical decision you could have made.. my breathing is WAY better than it was, but at times seems back to little shortness of breath.. I'm still a non smoking rookie🚭🔠 Jeff
The thought of carrying oxygen was a major factor in my quit. I'm not that bad....just get winded easy. GOOD luck
