Hey LeesaD - congratulations on 3 weeks, well done!

Are you using the e-cig alot? This may be causing the chest pain and coughing up of phlegm OR it may be just your lungs clearing out if you have increased your exercise or out more in the fresh air.... if it does get worse or not improve, may be get checked out with your doctor as may have a chest infection.....

3 weeks is great LeesaD a good few of my work colleagues are vaping and have heard them complaining of sore chest and believe it is from too high level of nicotine and overuse of it, also, can bring on chest infections too so if it gets worse would get it checked out - did you use the ecig when you previously quit for 6 weeks?
