Hi all, hope this finds you very well and kicking!!
Just a quick one really to say I pop in and read what's happening... struggled on and off recently and really want to give up the e cig but got a few stressful times coming up, not the best time I think...
I've been taking lots of pictures and immersing myself in anything else!! Put a couple of kilos on but am back on the exercising so hoping I'll beat the weight gain!
Can't believe it's almost 13 weeks since I last smoked a cigarette... stills feels very surreal. Some days I use the e cig more than others, it's not been so much of a replacement as I thought it may be but still..
Thanks for being here...

Hi jobm1 It just get easier by time and I find that changing my mindset make it more easier for me. I think about it as following: I wasn't smoker, then I became smoker and now I return back to my normal status as nonsmoker I just keep tilling my mind that I am non smoker not quitter and it seems to work for me😄 Stay strong 👏👏👏
Hey Jo, just keep taking one day at a time and don't worry about any weight gain or the use of the ecig, you have plenty of time to work on both when more solid in your quit, you really are doing so well and should be very proud of yourself!
😮 oh my word @RoisinO1!!!! I'm stunned!!! 3 months, no cigarette... I've really been having a bit of a wobble too but this has set me right back on track! Thank you.... I've just started clearing the ground behind my house! Hahahahaha absolutely filthy, sweaty and sunburned. So I think a nice bath and a glass of vino??? You're a diamond lady xxx

You're nailing it so do not worry about the e-cig, it's doing it's job so stay with it for now. As for the weight gain, well deal with that when you've dealt with this.
I don't know about that. Had a load of grief with work so need a new job and all I have wanted to do is smoke. Getting a new job that fits around school is difficult. The only thing that stops me having a cigarette is the thought of the monumental amount of effort required to quit and how I would have to do it all over again. But shit, for me smoking and worrying were a surprisingly good combination. 😞
Sending you a giant hug!!! I'm with you on the worrying and smoking!!! Xxx good luck with the job love.. I took a massive dip in my career having my son just so I could fit around his school times. Got a lot less cash but got time, it's a big deal isn't it!! Good luck honey.., well done not smoking!! 💛
