You won't be cheating on us Cfarw but at the same time we would love to see you stick to the quit. I'm a serial quitter and I've found out that the cigarette you are craving is never as good as you think it's going to be....but you're going through a very hard time at the minute and ultimately it's your decision.
Hello. Before you cave in, you are absolutely right. Having a cigarette is not going to make you feel any better or improve your situation. In fact, (voice of experience here), you could end up feeling worse. If you smoke now you could be left feeling like you let yourself down on top of everything else. I have relapsed several times and it is not a good feeling.
Try to hang in there if you can. Take it one hour at a time.
hi Cfarw
sorry to hear that.
but you know smoking won't help you.
we've been there 😒
felt the quilt 😒
you are stronger than that 😁
and we all know the pressure.
most of us have had several attempts to stop smoking.all you can do is try
The only advice I can give you is that you WILL feel 100 times worse if you smoke - you are still going to be in the situation with and without a smoke but WITHOUT a smoke, in a couple of days time you will be so thrilled with yourself that you got through this smoke free, keep telling yourself that and write down in large writing your reasons for quitting - post and rant as much as you want - listen to your favorite music, cry, laugh, whatever it takes - lots of ice cold water and some deep breathing will all help....
ha thanks everybody, i don't know how but i managed to get over the day.
for the whole day i have been thinking that my boyfriend wanted to broke up with me but it was all in my head. i think this stupid champix is affecting my mental health too much.
anyway i m just happy that, despite my mental condition and my mood for the whole day, i managed to stay away from cigarettes.
I m good Roisin, thanks for asking.i m having bad moments now and then but on the other side i m starting to have some days that go really smooth without any craving at all. i m starting week three today.

I'm one chap that won't mince my words , but if your boyfriend is in the way of your none smoking life , dump him , stop smoking and you'll be free from all the poison , it's humans that cause problems and it's humans that made the tabs , get a rabbit , dog or a Elephant , all good for chilling with and de-stressing :)) hope this helped 👍😆have a great day
