It is quiet isn't it Telboy61 ??

I've just sat at my desk, opened up my supermarket sushi and bag of crisps, and got myself ready to read how everyone's doing....nothing!!!

Anybody have any news? Good or bad, it's OK to post, nobody will give you a hard time, even if you have caved in and want to try again. I caved in so many times before this quit that I've forgotten how many.

I'm going to have to do some work at this rate!

Yummmy sushi Nozmo ,making me want to pop out and grab some now lol I've had a lazzy day off today so it's chill with a bowl of afternoon kellogs crunchy nut ha ha ha O and a catch up on judge Judy I've got a top life since I've stopped smoking 😭😭

Hey Telboy, yeah, quiet here alright, but as the saying goes 'No news is Good news' - great to read you are doing well - you have given me a craving from your post - NOT for a smoke but for a bowl of kellogg's crunchy nut with really cold milk - just put a box on my shopping list this evening
