Well done Telboy, that's great news!! Merry Christmas to you!! π
Was that dark side place as a result of the quit? If so do you mind saying how you first crawled out? Well done you.
Hi Exsmo the dark place I was in at the time , was about my personal problems and I always turned to a cigarette to relive some of the stress and tention as we all have during the walk of life , i always found that having a good drag was a relief of my tenstions , so having to quit just added to it , but as time rolled on i worked out my health was getting alot better and not feeling down , as i was worried about weight issues , all this is now behind me and I'm looking on the bright side of life ππͺgood luck to you on your journey be strong πͺ
