After 35 years of smoking!I Can honestly say I don’t wake up and think about smoking anymore. Although some days I still have cravings. But as the experts say it will pass if you wait. Hardest thing I have ever done . True !! that’s what a lot of people say.

Yes it’s very hard! You have to keep saying I am not going to smoke today. I used Chantix and then Wellbutrin. But only for a month. Terrible side effects to both. Maybe that got me over the hump though. You will have suffering for a few weeks. Withdrawal is not easy.Also used a pen . Fake cigarette. Sounds silly but worked for me.
