8 weeks smoke free

Cant believe it's already been 8 weeks since my last cigarette. So proud of making it this far. I stopped taking Champix because I didn't find it was contributing anymore so I quit it a few weeks ago and have continued on without it. I have had cravings over the past couple of days but have stayed strong mentally and I've done well to fight them off. I definite don't want to start at the beginning again!

Ill keep posting on the progress!

Oh well done! I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to have to start all over again.

Keep going. Things will get easier and easier. 😃😃

Well done on your quit. Yes I am the same the thought of starting again is not worth it. It's amazing how sometimes the cravings tests you when you least expect it.
