6 weeks smoke free and moving to step two 😊

6 weeks today! I'm actually so proud of myself.. I never thought I could do it and now I know I can and will 👍🏻

So I stepped down on the patches (from 21 mg to 15mg then 14 mg next week) and if you remember my first post about how I wanted to murder everyone? Well I can say that so far Dublin is safe lol

Well done Louise, that's great! Good luck with stepping down the patches. I moved from 14mg to 7mg last week and it's gone better than I thought and I am sleeping a lot better which really helps.

So pleased Dublin is safe haha!
