Day 4 today and doing pretty good, you would not believe what I am doing to beat this!
I am on champix, I have a 0% Ecig, I have got Allen Carr book and DVDs and numerous iPad hypnotism apps that I listen too and my husband told me to book an appointment for £300 with a hypnotist on Monday! I don't feel like I need to really as I feel that I am doing ok but he ho if he wants to pay for it!
