The community appears to be very quiet all week. Hopefully, this is good and everyone is doing well and busy getting on with the smoke free journey. If this is not the case for some, please don't feel bad about posting, we are here to help in whatever we can so share any good or bad days, as the saying goes 'A problem shared, is a problem halved'

Hiya RoisinO1 - I don't post that often but sign in every day to see how everyone is getting on - I'm doing good, not long to my 3 year milestone on New Years Day - for all the new members starting, please use this forum for support as it is invaluable to success in your quit
I'm still around too, just haven't had much time to post, as life has thrown me way too many lemons the last 6 weeks, but I'm still smoke free! Hope everything is well, with all of you!!
I still haven't smoked any ciggarettes almost 9 months now. I'm still using 7 mg patches on weekends 😲🔨
Hello there dishbrat.
Everyday we pass without ciggarettes makes the next more tolerable 🚭🔡 Jeff
All is well and still counting down to my big day. My boyfriend had open heart surgery 2 weeks ago and I am glad I don’t smell of cigarettes. Especially since he is not allowed to smoke anymore. Secretly I’m glad he can’t smoke because he couldn’t stay away before. So as of right not we both are cigarette free and enjoying life a little different now 😊
I’d like to amend my post about my boyfriend. He had to quit cigarettes. He is 47 and his condition is genetic plus bad eating and smokes. He was so mad because he had to quit smoking right now. He had such a hard time accepting the fact of ready or not no more smoking. Literally angry angry and more angry. He wanted the last word and couldn’t. He didn’t get to quit on his own or say goodbye. I sat and watched and saw just how powerful this addiction is. It’s a terrible drug. I offered this site to him but he declined but I show him posts that relate. I’m grateful for this and the wonderful people on it. Love you all 😍
Ordered in the champers for you joining us in the penthouse KathieO - if the support you give here is anything to go by, your husband is very lucky to have you around. Maybe not now, but he really will appreciate it down the line
All ok my way, holding onto the rollercoaster for dear life lately but the storms always eventually do pass....
Staying determined and smoke free with the help of all the peeps who post on here! Thanks 🌺😘
I’m still here Roisin01, coming up 5 months smoke free and on my week 4 Couch 2 5k journey too. To be honest, I only think of cigs occasionally now which is good 😃
I’m nearly 2 years smoke free 😊
