I WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME

I WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME

yes its the 26th day today, since i have taken a cigarette.

but must tell friends , i have been taking nicotine tabs (four to five) to get the devil

in control.

apart from this i have been regularly going to gym.

i am feeling more happy, energetic , healthy and confident.

my quitting date is 1st of July 2016.

i had been taking on an average 5 cigs a day.

so i have not smoked 130 sticks till today.

I WILL MAKE IT THIS TIME.

  • Hey Vijay, how is Day 27 going for you? Forgot to mention yesterday, I am over 10 months smoke free doing it cold turkey. I am the best I have been in my quit but has been a roller coaster of a ride with life's curve balls along the way.
