While I,m pushing on with my quit, life has thrown some curved balls my way, as I,m sure it does for many a person, in there journey of life, I've held tight, without exception, many a time I've have read a few posts at four in the morning, as we do, when indeed our minds are racing!!!! I have realised these situations will come, and will pass.
As time is passing by, I have, and may I say just a little pleased with my self, realised those curve balls hit us all at times, but NO NO NO smoking will not assist me in dealing with life's issues.
So keep pushing on I will, if indeed I,m up at four in the morning, I,m guaranteed to be reading many a post, which is a huge help.
So Thankyou all
