Another weekend

Another weekend without smoking. Had the first bbq of the year yesterday.  When I decided to have one I did wonder how I'd cope tbh BBQ, drinks, alfresco eating, all triggers and  another hurdle to get through but I needn't have worried I thoroughly enjoyed it with very little thought of ciggies.

Jean, that is great - another achievement. I had my son's 18th this weekend (he is my youngest) - lots of eating, drinking and socialising. Usually would have smoked a lot - like you I was very pleased to get through it all without really thinking about smoking much at all. It is definitely getting easier although I know from past experience that that is exactly when I most need to be on my guard

Yes I know Fordy I have got too complacent on past quits and caved not this time though I am aware of the pitfalls now. Your doing great too we are definitely going to win this time
