After working all week there's nothing I love more than a few cold frosty ones to wind down, however I'm petrified that my resolve will weaken so I've decided to have another "dry" weekend, at least until I get a few more weeks under my belt - bummer
But on a brighter note, day 10 smoke free, hope everyone else is keeping ok

I decided to face the booze challenge head on
It wasn't half as bad as I thought it would be, but it's definitely best not to put yourself in a position where you might wobble.
Double figures sounds great though, doesn't it!!! Well done!
Just popped on here, as you do, read your post Blondie and realised I'm on day 10 as well. I lost track of a day somehow, but that has cheered me up a lot
I've been fortunate as a couple of glasses of wine don't bring on cravings.
What is impossible (so far) is sitting in front of tv in the evenings, far too difficult for me so I'm not doing it, just recording everything for when it gets easier ! I've also never had so many early nights, but whatever makes it easier
Well done on a day 10 I haven't been out socialising yet and I don't think I can at the moment (on day 15) having a vino at home isn't too bad but I don't think I could go out drinking in the company of smokers for the time being, I've failed quits many times before doing that so I have learnt from my mistakes
Good plan to give it til the end of Jan so not only have you quit smoking you will have completed dry January aswell! Good work
