Positive thinking

Looking at my last few posts I realise that I really need to stop whining and adopt a more positive attitude. 3 weeks is a great achievement and each day is getting easier. I can do this!!

Ah Fordy, in fairness, you have overcome so much in those 3 weeks that alot haven't, I still have my holiday to survive smoke free which is not until August and will be almost a year smoke free then, wish I could start preparing myself for it, but can't depend on this Irish weather, its like winter at the moment, was lovely and sunny for the weekend and ate our tea outside yesterday evening but bitterly cold so didn't really get that holiday buzz!

Back in January with the money I saved from not smoking, I booked a 5 night break in Vienna for my hubbys 40th in August....will be my first holiday in 10 years smoke free!

Fordy...Excellent idea to be more positive although I know how difficult it can be that first few days or weeks. But it does get better...Stay strong !!!
