Hey Nikon, huge welcome and well done on reaching Day 8, just over your 1 week milestone, that is great!
As each day passes, it gets easier, keep it up!
Well done Nikon. I'm on day 9 and for 7 of those I have had a cold and not craved at all. Now the cold has broken, I am getting the occasional crave, but feel I am withstanding well.
Keep up the good work and hopefully things will keep going well
