Don't know why, but just feel deflated!!!

Is it because I've quit smoking? I just don't know , feel lost

I think we all have sad, happy, miserable... Depressing days...every day is filled with emotions and feelings.

When you're smoking, you don't analyse every single feeling or emotion, but when we are trying to quit we are too exposed without our crutch... Every feeling and emotions is exagerated by 5.

Stay strong, you are doing fantastic

Sorry you are feeling sad. I keep thinking forward to warm sunny days and flip flops, not that I wear them, but I associate one with the other.

I've never felt so miserable in my life! Even down to having panic attacks in the night, yikes. Physically I ache a lot and sick of the headache, does anyone else have the headache?

Soon........Warm sun on our backs, summertime, and not a smoke in sight xx

Hey Tracey, you are doing so well and it took alot of courage, focus and determination to quit again and especially come back on here to share your relapse.

In my opinion and from reading your posts since you started your new journey, you are a very positive, caring person and have been offering great encouragement and positive vibes to everyone here, NOW, its time to start giving it to yourself, you can do this and have done it before, try not to be so hard on yourself, you got back on the horse quickly which is amazing, try to take each day as it comes and embrace it, we tend to put every feeling, ache, mood etc... down to our quits but non smokers too have these feelings....

Its Friday night, perhaps a good auld comedy film will improve things for you
