This is my last entry for month 2. I will miss all of you but I will check in to see how you guys are doing! I promise!
I'm off to month 3 tomorrow. I know I have some friends joining me in the transition over there (i"ll let them say their own good byes), and some already there with rose wine and various other copious amounts of alcohol.
3 Months...its crazy.
Keep up the fight so we may all hang out together in the 1 year room for a while...lol....
Stay strong all, and thanks for reading

I'm the same. Somedays I feel like I never smoked at all. Like its just so far back in the memory banks, but then there are the odd times where I think "A smoke used to be good now".
The best part of that though, is that the Champix made them taste like licking an ashtray, so my last memories are of this vile taste in my mouth. So now i can say that "A smoke USED to be good...but not for me".
I'm not going to say that i'm free, cuz that karma, she is a b-tch alright. So i'm going to say "Tomorrow is just another day that i add to my quit"...how is that for a cop out...lol
HUGEcongrats to both of you for entering the Month 3 room tomorrow, Barney and Bafan99 will be joining you too, so that is SIX
of the Successful September Stoppers through to Month 3, which is 100% success rate so far I will not be there till the 23rd, so leave room for me, don't drink all the booze and eat all the food, and if I start wavering drag me in there screaming if neccessary:eek:
I'm right behind you! Tomorrow is the big day for us all there with 2 months complete!! What an effort! Great work!
It's been a bit of a rollercoaster trip.. I've had
[*]Stress Triggers - 2 kids going stir crazy for an entire weekend
[*]Bad triggers - Little hitler ticket inspectors from hell
[*]Good triggers - My mate ringing out of the blue this week to offer me a trip to New York.. Normally celebrated with a smoke
[*]Scary triggers - Surviving a concert and night out on the beers without smoking
[*]Crazy triggers - Arguing with myself out loud as I struggled to walk past a corner shop without going in and buying a packet of fags (I didn't know it was out loud, but I had headphones in and people were looking at me strange)
I'm sure the list will grow, but for the time being, I'm over the moon that so far, my triggers are all overcome, and the next time they hit me, they will be easier to beat down!!
Hi everyone, yes I'm on the bus. The fare will be a big one (but worth it) however as I'm in Chicago - but it's just proving above all else - that all the normal things in my life are perfectly possible without smoking.
