weekly smoking dream last night, I don't really remember the details other than I was smoking, the huge sigh of relief when I woke up and realized it was only a dream! I will be glad when these dreams stop as it does bring my mood down a bit when I have them,
Anyway, hope everyone is good - bank holiday this weekend in Ireland - yeahhhh! Have a great weekend all

By the way
...about the dreams, I'm still having them too...also not being able to fall asleep, it's really exhausting! I don't know if it is the fags or my life style, I do too much during the day, by the time I go to bed, I just cannot switch off.
I think it's the lack of cigarettes because my lifestyle hasn't changed and I never had sleeping problems before

Only had sleeping problems the first 2 weeks of my quit thank god, can't get enough sleep now, could sleep the whole weekend if I could! Once 9:00 comes at night I am ready for bed but too early, I have to keep myself up longer.
Maybe its the champix but have heard some find problems with sleeping up to 12 weeks, hopefully it will settle for you soon

I wish, even last night was really cold and rubbish weather an I thought I'd fall asleep...nope! not a chance, I just cannot switch off, Im wired!
I had some really bad dreams coming up on day 36,after all the pain tooth infection (caused by smoking)that's how I quit, emotional stress cravings anger, sweating, shaking u name it,I will never again buy or smoke cigarettes ever again. It's to painful for me to go threw this again. I poisoned myself for 30 years.stupid me.never again. I have learned to hate with a passion cigarettes.
Don't worry too much about the dreams. I know the feeling, it's terrible and lowers your morale a little bit. I just had last night a dream in which I smoked and felt terrible.
When I woke up, I realized that all was OK and smiled.
I am in week 2 of my journey and I can tell you that in the first week I slept 2 hours on average every night. Your body will recover the sleep in the next period.
Rowens...Enjoy your long weekend and the dreaming, yes it is frightening but lucky for us not real... and please give the bokke a cheer...We gonna need it...That Kiwi machine is tuned to 100%...Go Bokke !!
