Bella... So glad you are feeling better and there is a little spark back....It really is not easy and please do some research on the internet.
I found and believed that due to the many years smoking my brain was rewired by Nicotine and that nicotine mimics your happy chemicals (dopamine) and when you do not get that nicotine fix you get all these emotions. It is horrifying and all the interest in life is lost.
Nicotine is a nasty chemical that took over our life and now to get rid of it is so difficult for us...
I personally recommend a herbal over the counter supplement to get those lazy, spoiled neurotransmitters working again and start to produce their own happy chemicals.
It is not a drug and I supplemented with great results and never looked back or want to smoke again.
I even bought myself a E-Cig with Cherry 0% but was totally unimpressed and gave it away....
There is 5 very important supplements and if you search the internet on herbal smoking cessation supplements you might get the product names.

Don't get any ecigg - you've gone so far! Common! Stay close to the forum and post when you're going down, no one can help you if you don't let people help you the next few days and weeks are challenging but there are usually no cravings at all, it's only sadness... Understanding the reasons and understanding that you have to embrace it is the key for success, good luck darling!
You dont need the ecig when you have made it this far without it - there is already no nicotine in your body! Just tough it out a few more weeks. You have nearly beaten this thing without a crutch
