Yep p+**ed off, is a bad one for bringing out the monster. Well done for beating it though.
Old habits do need take a little while to disappear, but as long as you just jeep going, I can say the weaker those horrid craves become.

You're doing great! They say to break a habit it takes 30 days so you're getting close.... have you heard of the terrible 3s? You can google 'quit smoking' and 'terrible 3's' and you'll get lots of links such as this

The idea being that some of the greatest struggles are around day 3, week 3, and month 3. I remember reading tons helped so much to get me through the tough days, hang in there, gonna get easier soon! xo
