Well, got the gas company sorted yesterday evening without a repeat of the stress attack from day 24 and no craves at all to report in the last 24h A very easy day.
Day 26 now
I'm getting to the point where I am starting to believe that nothing will get me to smoke. I know I still have a long road ahead, and that I still have triggers and craves to overcome by thier hundred (not to mention coming off Champix).... but I feel so strong right now that I honestly think I am winning and will not give in.
That's gotta be worth a treat, so I'm off out with the lads tonight for a few beers and a kebab

Have a good one, I got pi$$ed a couple of weeks ago (not saying you will) and noticed that the hang over was so mild the following day compared to before I stopped.
What is it about drinking and kebabs. I never eat them sober but after a few beers bring on the kebab and hot chilli sauce, and spend the next day reliving the old Jonny Cash song "Ring of Fire"
It really was a good night and I intend to go out a bit more often now... never saw the point just to stand in the cold.
Anyway - day 27 today, 4 weeks tomorrow. Man that last couple of weeks went quick!
Hope everyone else is feeling as good as me today (now the hangovers gone)
Well done Stuart on day 27 tomorrow. No sympathy with the hangover - self-inflicted. Hehehe!!! (Anyway, no one has any for me when I have one so why should you get away scot free)
