Day 2 ...and I am still floating around like I am in a dream....not really craving for a smoke ..I just feel weird ...hoping once I get through today will start to feel earthbound again

I remember that feeling very well...the hot flushes were only thing to snap me out of my drug like cocoon...I think it was around day 4 I can say I felt "normal? You are doing really well , drink loads of water, seemed to help me

Feeling weird is ok on day 2 it's on day 90 that men in white suits will come knocking! I'm so pleased. Keep going and keep us updated,

Congratulations on reaching Day 2. I'm nearly coming up to Day 7 and hadn't noticed that the whooziness and tingling had reduced. Hot flushes, not gone but only happen a couple of times a day.
