Coming to the end of my day 2!

Well it's 6:30pm ( nearly :P ) & at 11pm I will have been smoke free for 48 hours.. damn im so chuffed with myself!

Had a really bad day 1 yesterday..

n after a terrible nights sleep - just kept waking, then drifting off, waking n drifting off.. n waking n not being able to get back to sleep grrrr

I feel amazing!! It's actually really wierd because i've not really thought about smoking much today.

The only time's I've thought about it is like when i've finished doing something where i'd usually have a cig after n i've not craved one more thought oo wudda been doing that now I'll make a coffee instead

  • Anna, your sounding great on day 2, so positive. Take it day by day and remember the good days so you can remind yourself during the not so good days.

    I am on day two, it will be 48 hours at 3pm and I am feeling happy with myself

    Yesterday was hell, I was even in tears

    I struggled this morning when I woke up but used my inhaler then slapped on a patch and must say I am feeling good at moment :p

    I am at work and I can smell the smoke from others, dirty people, lol ;)

    Welcome to the forum and well done on the decision to quit possibly one of the most important you will ever make and you will be losing nothing but you will regain control of your life and that has to be good

    You will find all the help and support you need on here as we all help each other just like a family we are here for you every step of the way cheering the good days and sympathising with the bad but the good far outweigh the bad

    Read the posts on here you will find a lot of tips and advice and in the signatures of a lot you will find links to other sites just click on them Here are 2 I find very good to start you off and Read, read and then read some more as the more you read and learn about why you smoked and about your addiction the easier your quit will be

    Post often to let us know how you're doing, to rant, rave have a moan whatever you like pretty much anything goes on here OK
