Well it's 6:30pm ( nearly ) & at 11pm I will have been smoke free for 48 hours.. damn im so chuffed with myself!
Had a really bad day 1 yesterday..
n after a terrible nights sleep - just kept waking, then drifting off, waking n drifting off.. n waking n not being able to get back to sleep grrrr
I feel amazing!! It's actually really wierd because i've not really thought about smoking much today.
The only time's I've thought about it is like when i've finished doing something where i'd usually have a cig after n i've not craved one more thought oo wudda been doing that now I'll make a coffee instead
