this is my first post in a forum. Started a week ago and have been smoking with the first lot of tabs. Tomorrow start on the blue and no cigs - expect to be bald by the end of the day I've been smoking since I was 13 and I'm now 63 scary......

thanks Kat73, AndrewG and Tea, its encouraging to know there is support through the forums and this in itself can be a distraction from smoking. Kat73, yep got the other distractions - other half has list of decorating jobs to do....!! Thanks for the advice.

Many congratulations on making the decision to go for it. I'll tell you one thing- you'll never, ever regret it. Doesn't matter how long you've smoked for (I had smoked for over 30 years before I finally managed to quit) you'll find the benefits are truly amazing.
