I'm so happy to find out that my old time buddy Pete which I thought abandoned me... Lol... Is still here with me.

Tomorrow myself, Pete and K are celebrating our 50th day without the smokes.

Another day, another story.

In all my attempts I've never gone this far without relapsing

I am very proud of myself.

I kept hearing people saying that it gets easier and couldn't believe it because it never did with me.

Now I can confirm it does get easier, it gets easier when you stop fighting it and just embrace it, the fact is we're here because we don't want to be smokers anymore.

You've reached another milestone Maya and well done to you. You are in control of your quit now and that's why it's so much easier.

I'm so happy we're sharing this quit journey together and spurring each other on but the credit for your success is really down to you and you alone for your positivity and endurance.

Ok, I'm all up for it, I'm really scared of when I came out of the champix, I don't want to spoil it!

The last few days I was thinking in stopping the champix now, but I don't think I will, I'm going to do the full 3 months or even more...I'm not risking having to go through the same thing again.

I know right?! I'm so happy! I really hope this is it for me I actually didn't think I would be able to get this far without killing someone, but turns out everyone is still alive and I'm delighted because this is something Ive tried and failed over and over..

....it's starting to look good now.
