the days,weeks and now the months are flying by, I cant think of any difficulties involved in quitting so i guess there weren't /aren't any. there are only positives in quitting . I think smoking is very over-rated its just plain boring. I'm glad i'm seeing it for what it is, an addiction for mugs.
