This Day Has Been So Long!!!

Hi everyone I'm on Day 3 and the day just doesn't want to end I'm using 2 Nicorette Inhalators and 3 Lozenges a day. Today my nose broke out in 3 little sores is this connected to quitting?

Thank you BB I think they were spots and then I picked them so now they're sores:rolleyes: I just want to say I'm dreading day 6 because I help my hubby in a market and the customers can be a nightmare, if I can get through that day I can get through anything

Can I ask is it frowned upon in this forum if you use NRT?

I always thought most people used some sort of NRT to quit but I've been reading the forum and I'm quite surprised to see so many have done it CT. I actually wanted to plan my quit day and just use a hypnotic CD but I got so sick I had to quit on Tuesday so I never got around to getting the CD. Do you know where I could get one?

Thank you BB, you've been a great help, I see I've got a lot of reading to do to learn how to do this properly:D. After how I've been feeling lately just to be able to breathe again and not look like death is a huge achievement for me, I don't intend to use NRT long term(hopefully):).

You are on day 3 so half way {almost} through the first week which is the worst after that it starts to get better Just hang in there
