Day 44

Hi all well still here, finding it tough going but getting there.Just got home after running my men's support group for the terminally ill. It's stressful but oddly enough doesn't make me reach for the cigs. After all it wouldn't do me or my group any good, and when I'm with those guys they make me realise that whatever pressure I'm under is nothing compared to what they are going through. So thanks to them and you folks for keeping me going. Love Jonno
