Day 13 today. Managed to survive a night out on Saturday with no problems and going out with the smokers at times. Onwards and upwards.

It was Kat the stink of them, there were 7 smokers altogether was awful. Tho I must admit the OH smokes and I still really like the smell and follow him around the house at the moment. I'm told in time I will hate this.

Fairplay to you for going out drinking and not giving in to cigs.... I'm a month in and still can't do it yet, and in time the smell will repulse you that's true.... The worst kind is the colleague who has nipped out for a sneaky one and chuffed it really quick squeezing in as many drags as possible and then they come in and talk to you......OMG!.....the breath!!!! xxxx

I survived my first 'proper' night out on Saturday, too!

I'd previously had a couple in the pub with my boss, but Saturday was a full-on boozefest.
