Dont know whats up with me this evening, I just went into bad form, was ok when I came in from work. I'm not craving or missing smoking so I dont think its that, just feel really tense and frustrated!
Think I need an early night with a good book, any recommendations?

That was pretty much my motto for those evenings when I felt inexplicably sad, low, frustrated or tired. They're not nice times and you wonder what the heck has changed so suddenly, but I think it's all part and parcel unfortunately.
